Who is
Magda
Our mission
MAGDA’s mission is to create spaces that embody purpose, clarity, and quiet strength. We design from intention — translating human emotion into structure, and daily experience into form. Each project begins with listening: to the site, the client, and the unseen layers of context that shape meaning. Through this process, architecture becomes not only an object to be admired, but a framework for life — one that connects, protects, and endures.
At MAGDA, architecture is an act of presence, the physical expression of human intention made tangible and timeless.
Our vision
MAGDA envisions architecture as a silent expression of identity — a discipline rooted in human understanding and guided by intention. We believe space has the power to translate emotion into structure and thought into form.
Our vision is to lead with integrity, creating environments defined not by excess, but by quiet confidence, belonging, and a lasting sense of meaning.

Founder, CEO & Creative Director
Founder and Creative Director of MAGDA,
Venezuelan-born architect Cristina Magdaleno is a graduate of Universidad Simón Bolívar, one of Latin America’s most rigorous and respected institutions. After relocating to Miami, she completed her professional
training, became a licensed architect, and spent over a decade leading high-end residential projects throughout South Florida.
Her work exists at the intersection of architecture, design, and human experience, where structure and emotion coexist seamlessly. With deep interdisciplinary expertise, Cristina anticipates design solutions and actively coordinates the trades involved, streamlining complex projects with clarity and intention. This disciplined yet intuitive approach defines MAGDA, a studio grounded in technical precision, elevated restraint, and architecture that is timeless, deliberate, and quietly powerful.
“Architecture is not only about building structures. It is about creating places where people can recognize themselves — spaces that feel deeply, unmistakably their own.”
Cristina Magdaleno.
